Don't you hate it when your close friends drift apart from you? Trying hard to salvage the relationship doesn't matter if the effort doesn't come from both parties. How many times have you tried?

Just to find out that it's not worth fighting for anymore.

It's merely a simple act that shows how much you care. Leaving a note embedded with a ♥. Laughing at the nonsensical inside jokes that only we understand. Staying up all night chatting on the phone about our lives.

But then, all of it faded away. Stepped on, crushed and thrown aside for dust to collect and nature to tear at its core. 

I once believed that friendship was eternal. We'd laugh and then repeat the same process each and every day..

Experience changes people.

We used to be innocent, once having the very same thought.

But never did we know the ugly truth that lay beneath the surface was a hard, cold distorted matter that one could not fathom, but yet understand its origin.

It was from the hearts of mankind itself. We conjured this monster in our hearts. It fed off the hatred that we buried deep inside.

Have you ever wondered why people back-stab others?

Actually, we all know the answer deep inside our hearts.

Managed to get some time out on the weekends to go for YJC's Funfair. 

It sucks to be left behind and see your friends leave the school.. But I'm wishing all the best for these sweet girls. Hope that you'll get flying colours for your 'A' levels!
