New Year's Eve 2012

I counted down snuggled in my covers right infront of the TV, surrounded by my beloved family and boyf. I was extremely reluctant to go to town and struggle amongst the hordes of sweating bodies.. So I opted for the comfier and more relaxing alternative instead..
That's a much nicer way to describe a boring countdown. HAHA.
Well.. so I didn't bother going out to watch fireworks 'cos I'm really lazy actually.. ;p
But earlier on I went shopping at Vivocity and it was already super crowded because many people were heading to Channel 8's countdown venue.
Wore Daniel's NYY cap out and it gave me that 'hip-hop' feel, haaaa.
Initially I thought the logo on the back of the cap was a picture of a duck and I laughed at him. He later explained that it's actually a picture of a guy swinging a baseball bat.. and ended up laughing back at me instead ;(

A little fact about me: I really dislike going out to the movies 'cos I find it a waste of money lah..
Can watch on mio tv or on the internet, why must watch at a movie theatre where we have to spend money on tickets (which can cost more than $10 on certain periods) and buy food (that is just a rip-off, srsly)? The toilet is super far away and you can't even pause the movie D; .
But Daniel says its the ambience of the cinema x_x.
So after many months of not watching movies, he finally convinced me to go (since it's a special occasion, he says.) and we watched CZ12.
First time wearing out our couple jackets (haha, ikr) and it's super comfy and keeps me really warm.
Alot of people kept looking at us.. U jelly? ;P
The show was awesome *_*. And very long.
I especially like the part where the group gets cornered by this bunch of pirates and they ask for a mandarin speaker.. An african american steps up and speaks to them and they're all like O_O.
Also the part about the purple panty. HAHA, "Jackie, where's your hand?" "Under your purple!" LOL.
Good thing we bought an extra packet of caramel corn to fill our tummies. Shhhh..
Shopped for awhile around the area and got some tops and bottoms from F21 and Topshop.
So happy with my purchases, heh heh all the discounts.
I bought a white peplum top from Topshop and then I realised blogshops were selling the same stuff for like much much cheaper T-T. Do your research first, babes..
Got my first bronzer, brush and brush cleaner from Sephora too. Will talk about it in a later blogpost.
So I went home to laze after that.
Maybe it's the stress accumulating from work, but I'm so tired nowadays that I don't even bother to go out during off days. Home has become the best place on earth already. Heh heh ;)
