Not too long ago, I took a trip to one of the places in Singapore that is getting a lot of hyped for being the first of its own here... It's Singapore's Indoor Trampoline Park by Amped! Made the trip with some of the Themis SCs on the first day of school reopening. We were excited alright!
Previously my fellow subgroup SCs and freshies went there but I was unfortunately unable to make it. They did come back with a lot of stories to tell and from what I can tell, it was a pretty bouncy experience haha. It definitely made me look forward to going so much more.

I tried to do a flip so many times and I can tell you - it's not as easy as it looks unfortunately haha. Even hit my jaw with my knee once ouchhhhh. There was a scab for a few days before it healed too.
Anyway, we were wearing socks and after falling into the soft foam so many times, they turned out with so much lint which was really difficult to remove :(. So don't wear your nice socks over.

Although the session only lasted an hour (and we couldn't extend sadly because the next slot was only for kids), it was enough to tire me out so no worries of it being too little time.
I definitely want to go again!! Did you know that there are many health benefits to jumping on a trampoline? It increases metabolism rates and speed up burning of fat, as well as burn calories much more efficiently and quickly due to being a cardio workout. Many more are listed in their website here.
