I'm sure many of us are well acquainted with Qoo10 which was formerly known as Gmarket.

It's a pretty nifty website where everything we need is consolidated into one place and becomes so much easier to find. Most of the stuff are also much cheaper than the market price out there.

Being a frequent user of Qoo10, I always use their iphone app to check out new deals to see if there's anything I wanna get.

So whenever I buy something, it has to catch my interest first!

Second, I'll see if the buyer has any good reviews from people who've bought the items already. If there's alot of complaints, I'll think twice before making my purchase..

Anyway, I've decided to review some of the items that I've personally bought from Qoo10!

 I hope that with this you guys can make a better choice at buying!

Upon purchase, you'll get a e-ticket which you are required to print out before you can collect your item.

I went down to their Plaza Singapura outlet to collect the ice-cream. 

The tub was smaller than I had expected from the picture reviews on the app but it was still a pretty good deal 'cos all that yummy goodness is filled right up to the brim.

The bad part about purchasing this was that shipment had to be paid for EVERY DIFFERENT ITEM PURCHASED. I ended up paying 2x of the shipment fee. 

But they did give me 2 more Spiral Pins in the mail.

The Hair Base comes with in 1 big and 1 small size together.

The hair base provided LOTS of volume even with the small one and since it's velcro, my hair managed to stay up without bobby pins which was what I really needed. Fuss free and no more messy fringes!

The Spiral Pins were also pretty good since they managed to keep my bun intact after a couple of hours.

 I feel that it also largely depends on where and how you place your pins. 

For me, I like to slot one from the top and the other from the right so that my bun will be tightly secured.

The delivery was within a week since purchase.

I didn't have any expectations with this as I thought they'll just come out like meh and be the type which will break off easily..

But the quality was actually pretty good. However the quality is still dependent on the bag that you buy.

In total, I bought 2 for myself and1 for Dan. My sis & bro even got themselves something from this store too!

I got a cloth material bag for Daniel and it's pretty sturdy. 

Whereas my own is of a fake leather material and doesn't seem very durable.. But I managed to carry heavy stuff and it did pretty well! Mine is the brown bag and another green-blue bag that's not pictured here.

The bag is also true to the picture, although the colour for my green-blue bag was a tad off. The rest was okay though.

Delivery was within 2-3 weeks since purchase.

Bought a plain silver colour for this because I was abit skeptical about the authenticity of the polish. 

As far as I know, it seems to be okay.. But I can't vouch whether it's authentic or not though 'cos I can't tell. 

My bottle of polish came a little dirty at the base where the sticker is. A brown stain, ugh.

The colour was a pretty sheen of silver and the polish dried up quite fast (as per regular opi nail polishes) so it didn't disappoint.

However, I think that I wouldn't purchase the nail polish again as I really can't do my own nails hahaha. 

I suck at it.

Delivery was about 2 weeks since purchase.

5. Phone Charger

The charger came with multiple plugs for different phones so you don't have to worry about people in your family having different phones because everyone can get use it!

Really good so far.

Four blue dots will light up when it's fully charged. 

With my experience, I've found out that 2 blue dots can charge the full 100% and that means you can use it twice before charging it again. Great for lazy people like me!

The only downside is that the charger is really bulky, so I won't be able to bring it out when I'm using a smaller bag.

Delivery was within 2-4 weeks since purchase.

I've had some pretty good experiences where the items I purchased came pretty quick whereas some not really nice ones where the delivery took over 2 months to come! By the time it arrived I had nearly forgotten what I'd bought already.. Worse is if the item is not what as I expected. What a waste of money!

It always pays to be extra resourceful and find out where your seller imports their items from or check out their item reviews. All these little things sum up and determine your shopping experience too.
