Recently I bought a couple of contact lenses to try on~
They're all from Super Barbie and the colours are really pretty. The pink of this lens caught my eyes so I decided to try this first.

In this post I'll be reviewing about the first one that I tried: Superbarbie's Sunshine in Pink.

My first impression of the lens was how pretty the pink was! This is my first pink coloured contact lenses and I'm loving them so far.

But I was kind of disappointed since the pink didn't managed to show through when I was wearing them. My eyes are quite a dark brown so it's difficult for the lenses to make it lighter :(


Here I'm wearing the pink lenses and as you can see, it does absolutely no justice to my eye colour.


Instead of pink, alot of people say my eyes look brown instead :( but even though the colour isn't obvious, it's still makes my eyes really pretty.
The limbal ring is pretty dark and harsh so it may seem unnatural but I love the enlarging effect it provides.


It all depends on each person's eyes so maybe these lenses might work out for you!
Super envy those people who have brightly coloured eyes like green or blue since they really have no need for contact lenses!!

Comfort: Lasts up to 4-5 hours, feels dry if worn any longer. (I usually wear it for ard 8-10 hours and it gets really really dry that I have to keep blinking to prevent my eyes from drying out.) 

Design: As it's name, sunshine, the lenses make your eye looks bright and awake! However, the colour is not very obvious if you have dark eyes. :(

Size: 16mm, one of the largest in the market now. It is also super enlarging due to the black limbal ring.

So far I'm loving this pair.. I'm wearing it all my recent pictures ;)
Initially I've always preferred brown lenses so although the lenses appear more brown than pink, I'm fine with it.
