Lilliputt
5:30 PMFew days back I went to Lilliputt with Daniel (after wanting to go since the longest time) for our 2nd year anniversary together.
We really had no idea that so much time would pass since the first day we got together.
& so, we've come this far...
I'm really glad to have someone who is always by my side, who loves me unconditionally.
It's crazy how much we've been through in such a long time & yet those days seem a decade ago.
And he's still here with me as one of the most important people in my life.
Don't ever be afraid to accept someone, you may never know... That person may change your life forever in the best way possible.
Dan was teaching me how to putt since it was his second time...
It was pretty fun actually!!
The golf courses are really amazing with the different themes in Singapore. I like the MRT station course! When the golf ball gets in the train, the mrt starts moving and transport it to the other side. Cute!
Werkin' it
A closer look at the food..
I look ready to game-on ;)
Waiting for the 18th hole so that we can finish up!
So as you can see.. I lost to him by 1 point.
1 point only, not bad for a first-timer eh ;)
It's pretty fun! You can also compete with your friends to see who gets a better score.
Of course, aim to get below par!
Some of it is purely luck.. There was one hole like this:
As you can see the hole is on a raised platform. You really have to be accurate with this hole 'cos your ball will tend to roll down the slope if you don't put in enough strength!
For my first time, I hit the side of the brown wall and it got in. Phew :p
We both tried a second time and I think we tried like more than 8 hits and it didn't even get in HAHA.
HUNGRY US FINALLY GETTING SOME FOODDDDD ;)
Tired of waiting... Time to strike a pose?
"Gosh, this is embarrassing."
Food pictures always tend to make me hungry. Big time.
I'm craving for some golden roll now. Maybe some Nabeyaki Udon? Pleaaaaseee.
Of course, a walk down the beach which got all my feet sandy. Hate it but Dan insisted :(
We have so many photos of his "artistic poses" in my camera but they're for private viewing only. Haha!
We only had a little celebration since our real one is going to be held overseas in a few months' time! I really can't wait to go omgosh. We have so much planned ahead already.
I tried scrapbooking for the first time and made him one on a corkboard. It turned out really pretty!! I always wondered why people bothered spending so much time and effort on it and now I finally know the reason why. It's just so rewarding when you see your finished work and everything looks so awesome you'll just go *o*, "it was worth it".
He loved it too so I'm really glad that I made the effort to try something new for him this time.
See y'all next post~!
